What the Porsche is for the automobile lover the Heesemann is for the craftsmen. For many, a long-cherished and yet unachieved dream. But at least for the craftsmen, fulfillment is now within reach: Heesemann, the world market leader of wood sanding machines, is bringing its latest model JSM onto the market, an entry-level machine that makes craftsmen´s hearts beat faster in terms of price-performance.

JSM: Versatile all-round machine for craftsmen with high demands

The JSM is an affordable all-round machine for

small and medium-sized craft businesses with high demands on surface quality. It is available in two different working widths and three equipment packages. Depending on the package, it is ideal for solid wood, veneer and lacquer sanding. The four configurations with one to three units, available in the working widths 1,100mm and 1,350 mm, are perfect for manufacturing kitchens, office and solid wood furniture. The machine also effortlessly handles calibrating and fine sanding solid wood, sanding veneers, intermediate lacquer sanding and cleaning panels.

The  standard configurations and equipment packages in detail

The JSM offers extensive standard equipment, e.g. a stepless feed speed of 3-12 m/min, viewing windows in the belt change doors, a table extension with integrated rollers and a variable working height for convenient operation, a 15.6“ touch display, interior machine lighting and a slider control for the suction. The absolutely plane-parallel Heesemann table ensures perfectly dimensionally accurate workpieces that can be processed with a thickness from 3 mm up to 160 mm. Depending on the equipment package, useful features can be added, e.g., workpiece cleaning in the outfeed and the table with a vacuum blower, which means that even small workpieces or workpieces with smooth surfaces can be processed without any problems

If you choose the PERFORMANCE or ADVANCED package, you receive the maintenance-free CSD magnet pressure beam system for adaptable sanding, sanding belt motors with frequency inverter for an infinitely variable sanding belt speed on all fine sanding units, the oscillating sanding belt cleaning and the Belt Manager Software. All of the machines are remote-capable, i.e. service can be provided quickly and anywhere via hotline.
